Cute Kid Contest!
Why a cute kid contest? First, photography has brought much joy to our lives. It has allowed us to cross paths with many local business owners, who, like us, share a passion for celebrating children and their unique personalities and stunning qualities. So, we've combined efforts to create a cute kid contest....so, is your child a cutie???

HOW TO ENTER:
Submit all photos of contestants to: booking@jasonpendley.com
Please submit (1) photo per child
If you are entering multiple children, you must send (1) email submission per child.
Rules and Regulations:
1. Parent or Legal Guardian must approve submission of the contestant's photo(s). By submitting a photo, parent or legal guardian grants JasonPendley.com staff the right to publish submitted photo(s), child's name and age.
2. This Cute Kid Contest is judged by select business owners in the area. Photos are to be judged with no discrimination towards sex, race, or age. All Decisions are final.
3. If a professional photo is submitted to our contests, JasonPendleyPhotography will not be held harmful. It is recommended that parent or guardian receive rights to use the photo prior to contest submission.
4. Photos with nudity or children depicted in a derogatory or dangerous position will not be accepted and reported to local authorities. JasonPendleyPhotography staff reserves all right to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.
5. All prizes must be redeemed within 90 days from the the date that the winners are announced and claimed at the business offering the prize. All prize offers are final and may not be refunded for cash value.
6. Session fee from JasonPendleyPhotography is only valid in the Atlanta, Ga. metro area. If you are outside the metro area of Atlanta free session fee can only be obtained in JasonPendleyPhotograpy's studio or approved surrounding areas.
